PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapy is a paramedical discipline which consists in restoring the quality of body movements impeded by pain, stiffness, paralysis and other disorders. Its goal is to relieve and.or eliminate functional disorders and restore the autonomy of the limbs in order to improve the quality of life.
The physiotherapist treats, supports, accompanies and advises people in good health, people with acute or chronic illnesses, injured and disabled people
We favor manual techniques and work actively with you during your rehabilitation, individually or in groups

(RESPIRATORY AND OTHER)
EXAMPLES OF MANUAL TECHNIQUES
is a joint mobilization technique that reduces inflammation, pain and improves mobility.
MAITLAND
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
helps healing by reducing fatigue and muscle tension, edemas, fascia disorders and provides well-being by improving tissue flexibility and therefore providing better mobility.
KINESIOTAPE
is a taping technique that facilitates self-healing, while providing support and stabilization of muscles and joints.
ELECTROSTIMULATION
Compex's technology is a widely used training technique used for physical preparation, muscle recovery, injury prevention, rehabilitation or pain treatment.
NEURO-REEDUCATION
An early and intensive care of patients having suffered a neurological trauma or suffering from a neuroligical disease (stroke, ruptured aneurysm, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, CLE, herniated disc ect...) gives the best chances of recovering ones autonomy.
Applied physiotherapeutic techniques (bobath and PNF) are diversified and derive from the most modern knoweldge in neurology.
CARDIO-PULMONARY
REEDUCATION
Cardio-pulmonary training is indicated for athletes seeking for better performance, as well as for people with minor metabolic disorders (overweight, sedentary life, old age) and mojor disorders (diabetes). For people with obstructive (COPD), restrictive (asthma, allergies) and mixed respiratory syndromes, special care can be put in place. In particular, people suffering from a congestion of the respiratory tracts can benefit from aerosol therapy combined with manual decluttering techniques.
HYDROTHERAPY
Water has several properties used for rehabilitation purposes. Indeed, it allows a relative weightlessness of a body which is immersed in it, thus reducing the muscular and articular constraints, and offers a uniform resistance to the movements carried out. Moreover, the heat of the water has analgesic and relaxing effects.
One rehabilitation method used is the Halliwick method which aims to "make the person with a disability as independent as possible while allowing him to enjoy their own movements in the water, and by allowing them to evolve without fear and without danger"
